To help you communicate efficiently and get an accurately customized battery at one time, we divide the requirements into two scenarios: Replacement Battery for Scooter Repair and Custom Battery for New Scooter Build. Scenario 1: Replacement Battery for Old Scooter Repair

If your original battery is worn out or faulty and you need a replacement battery:

• Clear photo of the original battery label
• Real picture of the battery connector

2. Dimension Data

• Length, width and height of the old battery
• Length, width and height of the remaining space inside the battery compartment after the controller is installed

3. Electrical Specs

• Full parameters of the controller

Scenario 2: Custom Battery for DIY New Scooter Assembly

No old battery available for reference when building your electric scooter:

1. Dimension Data

• Inner length, width and height of the frame battery compartment
• Length, width and height of the controller
• Remaining space (L/W/H) inside the battery compartment after placing the controller inside

2. Electrical Specs

• Complete motor parameters
• Photos of controller label and controller connector
