If your current controller and motor connector are different. This video will be very helpful. First cut off the original connector and remove a little bit of the rubber skin from the motor wires. Install the new connector on the bare motor wire and pinch it tight with a tool. Then secure it with a wrap of insulating tape.
Next it's time to connect the motor connector to the controller connector. The two connectors go hole to hole and are secured with screws and nuts. Be sure to tighten them. Finally, wrap the insulation tape around the connector again.
Replace all three connectors of the motor in the same way.
