Before replacing controllers, please spin the wheel to check if motor is spin freely by hand,(to eliminate the factor of motor itself failed.)
Please connect the wires as indicated to your scooter, and motor phase wire to controller phase wire stays color to color connected(yellow-yellow,green-green,blue-blue).Also don’t forget the white connector of motor hall.
If the motor spins reverse, do the following steps of motor to controller learning.
this is step for motor -controller self learning . (before learning process started, please make sure the wheel spin freely by hand to ensure that motor is fine.)
Remember One motor at a time.
Rear motor first.
plug in the white wire-turn on keys and power on the throttle display-motor running fast-unplug the wires-wait until wheel is fully stop-plug in the wire again -it will spin in correct direction.
when it is spin in correct direction-unplug the white wire-until wheel is fully stop-turn off scooter-wait about 5 seconds-turn on again-ready to go.
If the wheel does not stutter when spin by hand, but stutters during the learning process, it is necessary to exclude whether the motor hall is damaged, then you need to use a multimeter to measure the motor hall, refer to this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tafIBhIJlk4
